Hi, everyone. I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know, I really
enjoyed your auction and hospitality. I would have to say, this is the
best I have been treated from an out of state auction that I have
attended. Most are very rude and make me feel unwanted. Please keep me in
mind, on future sales in your area, on machinery items. Being able to hit
two or three in a short span is good for me with the long travel distance.

I understand you are
considering using Mike Hilton/Hilton Auctioneers. FYI, I've used Mike on
at least 6 sales and Mike had done an outstanding job each time. Mike's
a good auctioneer and a straight-shooter. He's auctioned office
furniture, computers, machine tools, restaurant equipment, lumber and
hardware in the sales he's conducted for me. These sales generated
proceeds from $50,0000 to $240,000.
Mike also knows his
limitations and will not hesitate to tell you that he's not the man for
the job. He keeps expenses in-line and runs a good sale from start to
finish. I would recommend Mike Hilton if your looking for a good
auctioneer.
