• 13% Buyer's Premium is in Effect for Every Sale, 3% Discount for Cash or Check.
• Sales Tax is charged on each sale unless otherwise stated.
• Proper State Issued Identification is required for registration.
• All Invoices MUST be paid at the conclusion of the sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Payment: We accept Cash, Check (personal or company), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
• There is a $35.00 service fee on all Returned Checks.
• Removal for each sale varies.
• All items are sold As Is, Where Is based on your own inspection. No warranties or guarantees given. You are responsible for any removal fees.
